High School Completion and GED

Enrollment for Fall begins in August.


MANDATORY ORIENTATION:

10th, 11th, and 12th grade students in person orientation held in the cafeteria at Canyon Heights after checking in with secretaries through the east facing doors.  Masks are required to attend.  

New Adult High School /GED students (class already graduated) will do an in-person orientation held in the Library at Canyon Heights after checking in with secretaries through the east facing doors..  Masks are required to attend.

All students MUST attend one of the MANDATORY in-person orientation meetings listed below.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in with secretaries and get a seat.  Please bring a pen or pencil to take notes.  Masks are required to attend.  Students may bring one parent/guardian.  No extra people allowed due to COVID19 concerns and protocols.  

The briefing starts on time and will last about 45 minutes.  All orientation briefings are held in the cafeteria or library at the Canyon Heights Building.  Following are the dates and times available:

8/17/2020     Monday     9:00 am

Returning NIGHT High School Completion/GED registration dates:

8/18/2020    Tuesday      4:00 pm


Students will need to provide the following information for registration:


Enrollment fee of $100 (cash, check to Davis School District, or card-3.5% fee charged of $3.50)
Proof of Utah residency:  Forms of residency we accept
   (Driver's license, Utah ID card, Bill or other mail from a business with STUDENT'S name and address on it, recent transcript from a Utah school, library card)
 
Transcripts if you would like to complete high school

***16 to18-year-old students whose class has not graduated need to bring the registration application for adult education form.
 
If you are late, you may be asked to return on another testing date.
