Adult High School Completion
The High School Completion Program is conveniently located at the Canyon Heights High School, 525 E 300 S. in Kaysville, UT.
Instruction is individualized, courses are self-paced, and computer-assisted instruction is available in a state-of-the-art computer lab. We will follow the Davis Learning Together Big Five plan in our building and in all classes which includes hand sanitizer in each classroom.
Credit evaluation, education/occupation planning and counseling services are available.
We also offer a complete transition program for students as they complete high school and move on to higher education and employment goals.
Classes are open-entry, open-exit and are offered year round from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Canyon Heights location. Evening classes are also available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
All instructors are experienced and fully accredited through the Utah State Office of Education.
Twenty-four (24) credits are needed for an Adult High School Diploma in the Davis School District. These include 18.5 core credits in the following areas:
4 credits - English
3 credits - Mathematics
3 credits - Science
3 credits - Social Studies
2 credits - Healthy Life Styles
1.5 credits - Art
1 credit - Applied Technology Education
.5 credit - Information Technology
.5 credit-General Financial Literacy
The additional 5.5 credits are elective, and may be earned in traditional subject areas and/or through work experience (up to 4 credits), professional licensing and certified skill training (up to 3 credits), and military experience (up to 3 credits).

Cap and diploma
All students are required to achieve enrollee status (12 or more contact hours) and earn a minimum of .25 credit in a core academic subject to become eligible for an Adult High School diploma.

A registration fee of $100 is required per year.
Once the requirements are met then you will meet with the secretaries to order your cap and diploma.
