Mrs. Loose has been an incredible teacher and an inspiration to my daughter. I haven't met Mrs. Loose in person, but she noticed that Avi was absent from class for a few days (for a family trip) and she reached out to me to making sure everything was okay. That outreach gave me an opportunity to share an at-home experience with Avi that made me a little worried about her confidence at school, but I didn't know what to do about it. Mrs. Loose knew exactly what to do, and went above and beyond, and came up with a wonderful plan to help Avi succeed and keep her self-confidence high (which I feel is the most important thing in a 7-yr old girl that doesn't pick up school very easy). Mrs. Loose is amazing, and I'm so glad I have the chance to spotlight her! She deserves any and all recognition for her efforts.
